Your new desk is covered by a Limited Warranty. If you experience a manufacturer defect covered under our warranty, we will offer a replacement or repair of the original desk purchased. This includes all components of the desk.

What will Rocky Mountain Desks do to correct the problem?
Rocky Mountain Desks will examine the product and decide if it’s covered under this warranty. Rocky Mountain Desks will then, at its choice, either replace the defective component or if the component is no longer available the item will be replaced with the same or comparable product. Rocky Mountain Desks will decide, at its discretion, what will constitute an appropriate replacement.

Shipping of warranty items
Once a warranty claim has been authorized you will be provided with an RMA ticket number and a free return shipping label for the defective parts. We will schedule a pickup appointment. While we do our best to accommodate your preferred times, pickups will ultimately be subject to courier availability. A pickup must be completed within 3 weeks after return is approved.

In the event of a warranty claim the pickup address can differ from the original delivery address, however it must be a valid street address within Canada.

Conditions for the warranties
Our warranties are valid from the date of delivery and apply to products for domestic and office use only.

Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of Rocky Mountain Desks. If the item is no longer sold by Rocky Mountain Desks, Rocky Mountain Desks will provide an appropriate replacement.

Any environmental and/or customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the warranty.

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly
  • Used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered
  • Cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products.
  • Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
  • Products that have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment, or if the products have been used for commercial industrial purposes (unless otherwise stated).
  • The warranties do not cover consequential or incidental damages.

No new warranty will be provided for the replacement product. Any warranty claim is only applicable within the country of original delivery, to the same customer name.
